Behind the Scenes Pics

We had a good bit of positive feedback on our sample roasting video, so I am planning on putting up a few more. I am still editing our first espresso series video, but expect it up within the week.

In the meantime, here are some pics of the other night filming. The wind was picking up a bit, hence the shielding!

Learning Latte Art Part 3

Part 3 of our day to day (ish) quest for better latte art, again using an 8 cup La Pavoni Romantica.

I got a snowman... and accidentally an ugly swan, where as Ash is starting to get better at her hearts.
